Stopping the server and putting it back on still works.īut next time i boot (only once has it worked after rebooting), it happens again and I have to constantly install and replace bluetooth driver which is frustrating. After that SCP server detects the controller and it works completely fine. Then reboot, then replace the driver again with Zadig.exe. The only way I've managed to make it work again is install the default bluetooth drivers (From here: ) It pairs and works after installking and configuring the driver with Zadig.exe.īut the next day or the next time I boot the PC, SCP Server/monitor cannot detect the PS3 controller when i press the PS button. The service doesn't seem to wanna be on at all unless the Server is on.Hi, I have an annoying issue with the bluetooth function with the DS3 controller with SCP Server. I'll check things out in MSConfig a bit later since I'm on mobile, but youre describing what isnt happening.

If for whatever reason the SCP service doesn't start up all the time by it self, go to your MSConfig and sort it out. Again, minor nuisance though.Īs mentioned this is a background service that loads up immediately you turn on your computer along with the hundred of other services your computer uses, once you plug in your controller it should immediately detect, all the lights flash a few seconds and then finally the light stays on 1 all the time, you don't need to run the service all the time. I MUST run the SCP server at all times when I wanna use the controller. I DID have to install the Xbox drivers (it said I didnt have to.) Oddly enough I did some research and found that thread before reading it here.īluetooth doesnt work.
